1 Double Room - Available from October 2022

Sadly due to my current lodger having to move home last minute for health reasons (I will sadly miss them), I have a Double Room with en-suite toilet and sink available in a spacious grade two listed cottage in the heart of Fairford.

Room comes with a double bed but other furniture might be required.

Will share house with a 38 year old female professional who works from home 2 days a week & office the rest currently. Very easy going, loves walking and socialising and at the gym most nights during the week. Sometimes away visiting partner in London. Must be ok with pets as there will be a live in dog who is friendly and very loving! Stays with family when away!

Living room comes with a log burning fireplace, comfy sofa & smart tv. No tv license as dont watch tv much so only Netflix available so must be ok with this. The kitchen is fully catered with microwave, electric oven, gas hob (great combo 😊), soda stream and blender for making healthy juices. Dishwasher and brand new washing machine. Shared fridge/ freezer. Shared shower room. House is fully furnished.

House has just recently had new carpet and vinyl flooring put in everywhere but main bathroom.

Plenty of parking off-road and outside the property. Also have a electric charging point if have electric car (will be shared with me!). Situated in a idyllic cul-de-sac with very friendly & caring neighbours. The house is situated 1 min walk from the high street and great country walks so is close to all the amenities.
