A spacious double aspect bedroom with beautiful views. The room is in a newly built extension to a charming period Cotswold stone house. The original house is in the process of being refurbished by myself but hopefully there will be fairly minimal disturbance or inconvenience.
The room is furnished as seen in the photos. There is ample space for the addition of a small sofa or armchair (NOT PROVIDED)
Kitchen, utility and bathroom facilities are shared. There is a very large garden which is available to use and parking.
Please note I have a dog and two horses.
I am a quiet person so appreciate the same from a flatmate. Apparently I'm easy to get on with and I do endeavour to keep a clean and tidy home (refurbishments permitting) I would ask you to respect this and do the same.
