I am renting my spare room out, it comes with a double bed, a desk, chest of draws/wardrobe. There is a bit of leeway with buying extra furniture for the room - I was thinking of buying some kind of chair. I moved in a few weeks ago so I'm still building and organising so when viewing the property it will be tided than the photos represent.

The flat is big and has a big livingroom, kitchen and bathroom. I work from home from the living room most days so I request that I have privacy while at work.

Ideal for someone who's office is based in North Bristol or in the city centre. I'm looking for a professional or a mature masters/PhD student. The property is very close to UWE/Frenchay.

The rent includes: Internet, council tax.

Bills to be paid separately: gas/electric & water. Bills will be split evenly, if you are sit based and don't work from home this will be taken into consideration.
