The property is very convenient for commuting to Cheltenham and Gloucester Town Centre is only 10 minutes by foot via the vibrant Gloucester Keys. Great transport links, the train station is just 15 minutes walk away. The town centre itself has a wide range of lively bars, pubs and restaurants as well as a choice of supermarkets. Everything is within walking distance including gyms, cinema etc...

The Property

Finished to a very high standard and has had all major work done including modern kitchen, dining area and a downstairs shower room and toilet. You would share this bathroom with only one other person.

A full complement of cookware and kitchenware is provided for your use.
