House share in quite cul-de-sac

Hi home seekers.
My name is Laurie and I'm a live in landlord and have been renting my rooms for about three years.

I have one double, fully furnished room to rent.

All bills are included as well as parking. I have sheds if you require additional storage and a safe place for bikes etc.
I employ a cleaner and gardener to help keep the house and gardens tidy.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, side cabinet, dressing table and sideboard type storage.
Towels and bedding included.

I share my home with three other lodgers one male and two females. We all get on very well and help each other out. We also share food and drinks together from time to time such as bbq's or a takeaway night, but we also respect each other privacy etc.
