I have a furnished double room to rent in my home. My home is in a quiet area and has off road parking. The bathroom and kitchen will be shared with myself. I have a pleasant garden which you will be welcome to use if you wanted to.
Ideally I am looking for someone who requires lodgings Mon to Friday or just part of the week. I am open to the number of days a potential lodger needs, the rent suggested in this add will be reduced dependent on nights required. You will be very welcome to leave belongings in the room on the nights you do not stay rather than having to uproot everything each week.
I am a 55 year old female, I am quiet, kind, tidy and like a peaceful environment.
