Really lovely double bedroom with own bathroom available to rent from 14th August (Potentially a little earlier). Shared, spacious living room and kitchen with all crockery and furnishings supplied.

Shared parking space and plenty of off road parking too (All free)
Second floor flat which has a balcony, lots of light and always has sunshine.

Located a walk to town centre/quays and really easy to get onto the M5. 10 Min walk to the train station. Big Tesco and a gym within walking distance (2-3 mins). Hartpury college is 10mins away.

No pets, unfortunately. (Not my decision)
Kitchen/living room fully furnished, bedroom would need own bed/wardrobes etc.

The photos don't really do the place justice, I've been here for three years and have been very happy here. Not a single maintenance issue

I work full time and will generally will be out most of the time. I'm keen on clean (Dyson hoover included) but would like to live with someone who's got a bit of craic. Professionals preferred but would accept the right student
