This is a brand new refurbished house in a perfect location for both student and professionals.
24/7 Asda is a 2 min walk from the house and the City Centre is 5-10 min walk away.
The master bedroom is the biggest room in the house and has a built in wardrobe that is massive! I struggled to fill the wardrobe up with my clothes, as there is soo much space. Storage is no issue as you can store them in the wardrobe. The built in wardrobe also has 2 mirrored doors!
The room has a double bed that has a brand new memory foam mattress.
All appliances in the house are new, including the fine details of plug sockets having the USB ports above them aswell.
Currently in the house there are 2 students that study at University (1 x Gloucestershire and 1 x Hartpury) and 1 ex student- 2 boys, 1 girl. They are a lovely group of people and are very easy to get along with and have a laugh. They are respectful when it comes down to keeping the noise down etc and don't take the mick.

Rent is £407 pcm, if you are a non student council tax is an extra £75.
Deposit is £400 and this would get refunded to your once the tenancy is over- end of June.
A guarantor is required, without one unfortunately the landlord will not accept.
