Family home in Kingsway

Hey there!

We are a family of 5: myself, my husband Johannes, our 6 year old, a 2 year old our friendly dog Rio.

We have a 5 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet and are looking for someone to rent out one of our spare bedrooms. It is a spacious and clean room with a queen size bed. As we are a 3 story house, we use the top floor, meaning you mostly have use of your own bathroom on the middle floor. Your bedroom is also off the main part of the house meaning it’s quiet. We also have a good size garden & home gym in the garage.

A bit about us: we are an active, health conscious family. We LOVE travelling, have lived in Hong Kong for 5 years and have recently moved to the UK. I am from here but my husband Johannes is from Australia. We are relaxed and spend a lot of time socialising with friends or with family. We are very mindful of our housemates privacy. We do not want a housemate who smokes nor vapes as we have children- as mentioned above we are very health conscious.

We both work from home.

The house is in a great location for easy access to the M5 :-)

We are very clean so would expect our housemate to keep the communal areas clean and respect the house. Despite being a family house we are quiet and considerate of noise.

We are looking for a housemate who is is preferably not working from home as we are home during the day.
