We have a good sized room available in a tidy, quiet and friendly house.

Close to the bus and railway station and near to bus stops for Cheltenham, the house has:

Communal lounge and kitchen, two shower rooms, back garden/yard, washer and dryer and
broadband.

Communal areas are cleaned regularly.

There is nearby unrestricted on road parking and two permits are available from the local authority to residents on a first come first served basis.

While smokers are welcome there is no smoking inside the house.

We do not charge any costs but do ask for employers reference, a landlords reference, proof of ID and three months bank statements as a credit check where these are available.

The deposit for rooms is £200 and is paid into the deposit protection scheme.
