I am renting out a double room in my 5 bedroom house in Kingsway. You would be sharing with me and my 6 year old son.

There is double room currently furnished with a double bed. If additional furniture is required this will need to be discussed. This is in the 2nd floor of the house

There is plenty of communal spaces in this house including a large kitchen / dining room, and additional room with a sofa on the top floor. There is plenty of space to live.

I am seeking someone who is clean, tidy, quiet and respectful.

All bills included and there is high speed fibre internet.(900Mb)

There is also a fortnightly cleaner who does the bathrooms and kitchen.

There is a shower room on the top floor adjacent to the room which is for your exclusive use and the main bathroom (shared) that is pictured.

There is a garden and driveway.
