Big Room next to Cathedral - with kids

We have a spare room in our family house in a large 7 bedroom 16th century building which is directly across from the Cathedral. We are husband and wife (40/41) with 2 year old twin girls and 4 yr old boy. Nanna lives on the 2nd floor who is in her 60s. Its a good size room on the first floor and located adjacent to the shared shower/toilet. kids use a separate bath and we can mostly use the downstairs toilet. There's a large family kitchen, separate dining/living room which we mostly use in the evening, toy room and living room (which will mostly be used during xmas time but hardly used otherwise) on the ground floor and we are usually done with dinner by 6:30pm at the latest. I am an architectural designer working from home and my husband is a sales director with a construction company. We could send photos, do a zoom call or meet if interested. Would be willing to consider full-time let if the right person comes along. Many thanks, Denise
