Large attic room available

We have a lovely brand newly decorated attic room available with access to a private bathroom shared with only 1 other tenant. Brand new bathroom . Large fitted kitchen and living area ... the other 3 males some are smokers and are under the age of 25 so needs to be a tenant that doesn’t mind living with a younger generation. They are very pleasant and helpful to live with. Very private space away from the rest of the house though as you will have your own room accessed via your own stair case :) accepts DSS ( pictures were taken before the room was completed .... new pics will be uploaded soon but gives you an idea of size it’s a large double £
