What do you need to know?

We are experienced Landlords with a streamlined, paper free process
We use an external referencing company for all applicants to ensure they are a great fit!
Holding deposit of £100 (deducted from move in total subject to successful referencing and tenancy)
One month’s rent in advance
Deposits lodged with the DPS or Reposit.
