The house is 15 mins walk from the city centre, 10 mins from the quays, and there are shops just around the corner.
There are five bedrooms over three floors, a bathroom, a shower room and 2 further WC's, there is also a laundry room.
Downstairs there is a dining room and kitchen with a large garden at the rear, the house also has wireless internet connection and is on the main bus route to Stroud/Gloucester.
The room is single occupancy only, and I currently do not have up to date photos of the current furniture in the room, which is bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside tables.
Can be unfurnished if furniture is not required.
