One double bedroom available in shared house for young professionals only. The house has a garden and driveway as well as on-road parking. Outside storage available. Located in Kingsholm a short walk from the centre of Gloucester, and both the train and bus stations. The bedroom comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. The house has 2 bathrooms both with showers and toilets, one with a bath, a washing machine and tumble dryer. Neither bathroom is available for sole use, both are shared. There is kitchen storage reserved for each tenant. Current tenant has one cat and one dog so must be happy to live alongside animals.
