Furnished double room for rent on Gloucester docks

I'm looking for a new flatmate for the second bedroom in my flat on Gloucester docks. It's a double room and I have an ensuite in my own room so you would have the main bathroom to yourself. The room is furnished. It's a large flat with an open plan living room and kitchen. There is permit parking available.

I'm a 34 year old female professional and ideally want to live with someone in a similar situation. I'm also looking for someone sociable who would want to do things together when we're both free! I like to keep the flat clean and tidy so need someone who's willing to share the cleaning of the communal areas and keep their own space clean. The room is available early next year, but my current flatmate is in the process of buying somewhere so the date will need to be a bit flexible at the moment. There are no pets allowed in the flats.
