I am offering my spare double bedroom to rent (shared bathroom and kitchen). Professional females only.

Monday to Friday also considered for a reduced fee.

The property is a 3 bedroom victorian semi-detached house in the Linden area of Gloucester. It has a parking space as well as a bus stop and shops only a 2 minute walk away.

I am a primary school teacher and work full-time. I would consider myself to be friendly, clean and tidy.

The room is newly decorated with a new carpet. It has a small double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. There is room for a desk should you require one. The bathroom is also new. The kitchen is clean and tidy and has all the usual appliances.
