Bedroom and bathroom available to rent

Sounds cliche, but the property is situated in a great location in Gloucester. A short walk from Gloucester Quays and a short drive to the M5. Two gyms in walking distance and the canal is on my doorstep (not literally!). Parking is available in allocated space and I have a garage for extra possessions that may not fit in the house.
A clean and tidy housemate is a MUST as I have spent a lot of time and money making this house a home, but happy to share it with the right person 😊 Partners would be welcome to stay 1 x per week, maybe x2 but no more than that
The house is a new build and everything is in good working order. Happy to have the heating on in the winter too 🥶
I would like to meet potential roommates before agreeing to anything, and happy to review the situation every 3-6 months to ensure it is working for both parties
