I am letting a double room with an en-suite in a central Gloucester location with great access to amenities in the city centre and around the corner from the hospital and train station.

Rent for single occupancy is GBP 700 PCM. For couples it is priced at 850 PCM.

The room is in an HMO (6 rooms total) and comes with the following communal spaces:

- shared kitchen
- shared living room
- utility room (washing machine, etc)
- 2 x shared bathrooms (but the room has an en-suite)
- front garden and back/side patio

In addition, all bills (incl. council tax and internet) are included, cleaning of all communal areas is done every two weeks, and regular garden maintenance is also provided. Parking may be available but depends on existing tenants' use (please enquire).
