Double room available in professional house

My husband and I are looking for a short term lodger with possibility to extend for the right fit in our two bedroom home. Location is perfect for anyone working in Gloucester centre. We have a dog who is very friendly and well trained. A pre-agreement meeting will be necessary along with references and guarantee of income. Outside of that we are very easy going. My husband works from home and I am a hybrid worker so we would prefer someone who doesn't WFH.
