Price is inclusive of all bills, broadband WiFi and council tax and will include regular summer garden maintenance and monthly clean of communal areas. Local, responsive and ethical family landlords (we can also provide references!)

All tenants will be subject to credit, right to reside, employment and reference checks. No smokers (even in garden) pets or undergraduate students. Minimum of 6 month short term tenancy agreements. Viewings will take place Sunday 12th January.
