Comfortable room inc. bills & parking - GL1

I am renting a room in a central Gloucester location with excellent access to amenities in the city centre and around the corner from the hospital and train station.

The rent is GBP 620 PCM. A deposit of GBP 700 is required 2 weeks before move-in. A holding fee of GBP 100 can be made and deducted from the deposit.

The room is in an HMO (6 rooms total) and comes with the following communal spaces:

- shared kitchen
- shared living room
- utility room (washing machine, etc)
- 2 x shared bathrooms
- front garden and back/side patio

In addition, all bills (incl. council tax and internet) are included, cleaning of all communal areas is done every two weeks, and regular garden maintenance is also provided.

Parking may be available but depends on existing tenants' use (please enquire).
