I’m looking for someone to rent the second bedroom in the house I rent, my flatmate is moving out at the end of April and I’m getting a great deal on rent so don’t want to lose the property, it’s me and my dog and we’re both easy to get on with and very tidy tenants, some of the stuff in the lounge will be going like the TV and one of the green chairs, may be able to sort a bed in the room aswell as currently unfurnished besides a small wardrobe and cupboard in room, please contact if interested
