Hi all, I’m in the process of completing the purchase of a 2-bed, 2-bath flat and looking for someone to move in with me once everything’s finalised. Completion is expected around the start of March, though the exact move-in date is still to be confirmed. I’m flexible as to your start date (as long as it’s after I’ve moved in)

📍 About the Flat:
• 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms – you’ll have the family bathroom predominantly to yourself. As I will have the master bedroom with ensuite. Open plan kitchen/living room with 2 juliette balconys.
• Pictures attached are current owners furnishings - but I’ll be updating and furnishing it before move-in. I’ll upload new photos once my furnishings are added.
• Located in a quiet, well-connected area (details to follow once confirmed).

I’m a young professional working in engineering, easygoing and respectful, and looking for someone similar. Cleanliness and shared responsibility are important to me, so I’d appreciate someone who’s happy to keep communal areas tidy.
