We are a friendly household looking for someone to take over the tenancy of my room as I am moving back home.

Room has a double bed, shelving unit, chest of drawers and cupboard/wardrobe (door in the corner) and desk and chair. The room also now has curtains and the blue wall is now white.

Room available is the back bedroom so is quiet and overlooks the garden

Bills included - inc council tax *if not a student landlord can advise regarding counsel tax payments.
