Spacious double room available in a peaceful home overlooking the water, just a short distance from the quays (around a 10 minute walk).

The room is currently unfurnished but will be furnished prior to move-in, offering a comfortable and welcoming space.

You’ll have access to a shared bathroom and all the essentials for relaxed day-to-day living. The property is in a quiet location, ideal for someone who enjoys a calm environment after a busy day.

I’m ideally looking for a Monday–Friday let, perfect for a professional working locally, but I’m open to a full-time arrangement for the right person.

I value a clean, tidy, and peaceful home and would love to share the space with someone who feels the same.

I have two house cats that would be sharing the space with us (they are both hypoallergenic).

A little about me - I’m friendly, respectful, and easygoing. I really value a calm, clean, and tidy home and appreciate a considerate housemate who feels the same. I enjoy having my own space but I’m always happy for a chat and a friendly atmosphere in the house. This isn’t a party house, it’s more of a relaxed home environment, an escape from the outside world, although I of course don’t mind you coming and going as you please. I work from home most days so will be around majority of the time.
