Brought a new home in Hempsted Village.

Perfect travel links by train and/or car.
Electric car charging point to drive ( extra charge for this) 5 minutes walk to Sainsbury and 15 minute to the Quays and 20 minutes to the train station and hospital. Fantastic Uber costs and quick collecting from home. Great bus links too. Two allocated spaces come with the house.

I will be working in The Isle of Wight so inspections will only be 3 times a year.

Bedroom is more of a king but double bed in it. Brand new Emma mattress brought and not slept on.

With the room, it has a separate main bathroom with a fully fitted shower along with bath and toilet.

There is another bedroom which I may use three/four days a year. That said, i will probably visit friends so may not see me at all.

There is a large kitchen and seating for four around a circular table.

The renewal is flexible to an agree. I’m on a six month probation. If I pass this, the house will be available on a long term let and current tenants will have first dibs 👍
