There are 2 fully furnished rooms available, 1 double and 1 larger double.

The house is a new build 3 story 4 bed in Kingsway right next to tuffley, a couple of minutes along the A38 with easy access to Gloucester and other destinations.

The top floor is occupied by myself.

The middle floor has the main bathroom and the two available rooms as well as an office that is shared and useful if you ever work from home.

The rooms come with a TV aerial, double bed, memory foam mattress, wardrobe, chest of draws and a bedside table.

The ground floor is a nice open plan kitchen/dinner/lounge.

The kitchen has all mod cons including a washing machine and more importantly a dishwasher!

The lounge is fully furnished and includes a mounted T. V, freeview and an Xbox with Netflix and Now TV available for use.

There is a good size garden which is great for BBQ's and entertain friends and a garage for extra storage space.

There is 1 allocated parking space and ample street parking right outside the front door.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house but otherwise fine.

I am looking for professional people who don't mind sharing the house with a cat...she thinks she owns the place!
