A modern house ideal for professionals

The house is a modern house with all modern equipment. This includes a television, internet connection, washing machine, parking and garden at the rear. The house has all the neccessary conveniences (ie oven, kettle, pots and pans and microwave oven). The house is situated close to Tesco and/or Aldi and has numerous take away food places close by, these include pizza, chinese and fish and chips. The house is situated close to bus stops which go into the centre of Gloucester and is also close to numerous public houses. I am currently looking for a reliable house mate who I can rely on to look after the property. If the room is rented by a couple then the rent will be £500 per calendar month.
