A room in a beautiful regency house near the quays

Our house is one minute's walk from the docks. The room advertised is within a beautiful, restored Grade 2 Listed building, and it could be ideal accommodation for a mature student who prefers peace and quiet of a family home, during term time. We do have two lively but friendly staffies, so we can't accommodate cats, but if you have a well behaved and house trained female dog in tow, the option to include her would be a possibility. The room will be available from the beginning of October.
