Rooms are a good size with high ceilings and the house has a nice open feel to it.

The house is close to the town centre and just a short walk to the bus and train station. All rooms are fully furnished with a double bed (you will need your own bedding).

The house is on two floors with a communal lounge on the ground floor and a second communal room upstairs.


Broadband is available throughout the house.

On street parking is available nearby. Two parking permits are available at low cost through Mipermit on a first come first served basis.

A washing machine and tumble drier are provided.

The communal areas of the house are cleaned on a regular basis.

The house benefits from a small courtyard for when summer arrives!

A £200 deposit will be required along with the balance of the first month's rent (with a full month's rent payable on the 1st day of the following month).

Landlords and employers references will be requested alongside proof of ID and three months bank statements (instead of a credit check).
