Heating in common areas, hot water, electricity council tax and water rates are included in rent. Electricity consumed in individual bedrooms is paid for by a £1 coin meter as is the washing machine and dryer. No deposit is taken but we require 2 months upfront when moving in. Thereafter the rent is due on the first day of each month. In the last month of occupancy no rent is payable. This saves having to wait for a return of a deposit.
