House is well equipped - wireless broadband, freeview TV in room, upstairs bathroom with shower, additional downstairs toilet, gas central heating and cooking, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.

Your own off-road parking space by front door. Quicker direct access to the centre of Gloucester by car than from the big housing estates!! - Gloucester centre (10mins), Stroud (15mins), M5 J12 (10 mins by direct country lanes) and Stonehouse (20 mins via the lanes). Stroud and Gloucester bus stop is 50m from door and Gloucester suburban services running 6AM to midnight are only ½ mile away. Or cycle to Gloucester centre in 20 minutes or less!

I have been renting rooms in my home for 20 years; my interests include running, mountain biking, road cycling, walking, travel and photography. Happy to socialise or allow you your privacy as you prefer.

Rent including all bills is based on £100 per week for ongoing single occupancy. Terms are flexible- weekly rent by standing order, reasonable notice and £100 deposit.

House is non-smoking and gay friendly.
Quiet hours between 11PM and 7AM - not a curfew but no regular early starts please.
