City centre quiet street

Shared house with a garden. One room available with a single bed, carpeted and furnished with curtains and mattress cover as well. There is a large fully-equipped kitchen, two fridges and a washing machine, ample cupboard space and access to lovely sunny garden where there is an airer for drying clothes. Small table in the kitchen for rapid breakfasts and extra preparation space. There is a flatscreen TV, sofa and dining table with 5 chairs in the living room. There are two bathrooms upstairs, you would share a shower room with one other person. The house is well-heated in winter and cosy and there is plenty of hot water. All the rooms have doors with locks and the windows are secure.
All bills, including excellent wifi and garden maintenance, are covered in the rent.
The house is in a quiet road with free on-street parking. Small supermarket is two minutes away and Asda is a 10 minute walk. Station and bus garage 10 minute walk. Good transport connections and convenient for working in the city or at the university but with easy access if you need to drive out for work. The living room is big enough if you need to work from home and the internet is brilliant. Contact me for more information.
