Relaxed Family Home With Double Room For Rent

We have a double room in our home available for rent, although my children have left, they still consider this their home, we are all very easy going and are about ten mins walk to the city centre and train and bus stations, we have all the usual amenities and bills will be included, we have one pet, a cat who is older now also.
