I’m moving out of my room and I’m looking for someone to take over my contract before the renewal contract (new contract is to start 28 Oct 2024) is signed by my current flatmate who will be staying.

-The location is great and very very central to everything from shops to restaurants etc. -Parking available (both private and street too).
-Bills not included (circa £150)
-Flat has 2x bathrooms and shower (1x bathroom/shower mix and 1x full shower only). My current flatmate has the en-suite (1x shower only) and you’ll get access to the communal bathroom/shower mix.
-Shared kitchen (2x full sized fridge & freezer combo)
-storage available in basement
-free residence access to events happening in the Quays such as “Tall Ships”

-5th floor with great views
