The house is furnished although some replacement likely with an agreed max budget as part deposit prior to entry.

There is a regular bus service into town, with a bus stop less than a minute from the house. It is about 5 mins walk from the nearest shops and 15 mins walk from the train station. By bike (which is available) it takes 10-15 minutes to Montpellier or to the centre.
The total monthly rent of £1000 does not include any bills nor council tax although estate service charges (£20 per month) are included. Property insurance (£240 per annum is a mandatory supplement to be paid by the tenant and/or pro-rata per annual renewal.
The total combined deposit likewise is £1500, protected and refundable, subject to keys being returned and the property left in the same or better condition.
