Spacious 2 Bedroom Converted Barn In Greet, Just on the outskirts of Tewkesbury. The barn is situated on the edge of the Cotswolds, views and walks on the door step are breathtaking
The 1st bedroom has a double bed in and double sofa bed in the other marvel themed room, 4g mobile wifi just installed. Warm and cosy barn with new blinds and new thermal curtains throughout. Just had a new fence &drive and path out to the barn to keep feet clean, retro games consoles over 50 games

due to the barn being booked so fast so soon new pictures of the games, consoles and various other home furnishings will be taken at a later date it really is a home from home in the hills.

The barn has a big parking space for one car on the new driveway and more parking out front and also a new path to the main entrance to the barn . there are double front patio doors which is only accessible via grass or a main entrance to the barn is to the side . a path takes you here from parking,
Upon entering the barn through the main side door you will come through doors that are covered with thermal lined curtains for privacy and warmth - you have a wooden dining table with 3 chairs and breakfast stools.

The living room comprises of 43” smart flat screen television ( with all the apps to use at your leisure ( please sign in and out of Netflix/amazon ect ) and L shape sofa and swivel love chair - electric fan heaters and plenty of homely furnishings.

Kitchen contains all necessities you would need and more ! kettle, ( with tea coffee sugar ) cooker, microwave, washing machine and a fridge also a dolce gusto coffee pod machine ( depending on how long your stay is, I will provide coffee pods latte ect … ) I have also now added an iorn.

The first bedroom comprises of A wooden solid double Bed with a super queen size Siberian duck down duvet which was over £1000! It’s absolutely gorgeous - Touch lighting is either side of the bed, which can be recharged with the charges provided ( I also provide take home chargers free of charge subject to availability - normally USBC free of charge in packets so please feel free to take any chargers in the wicker basket that your hamper is in,
There is also thermal curtains for warmth and privacy and shelves for storage / clothes and a dressing table with 43” smart flat screen television - with a retro PlayStation 2 including 10 games . For passing time on rainy days,.
also newley installed is matching drawers and wardrobe for extra storage

2nd bedroom is a Marvel themed room with a 47” smart tv with retro Xbox 360 with over 50 games so has plenty to keep you busy also a VERY comfy double sofa bed for the sleeping arrangements and a set of draws, and a bedside table for storage : clothe. Also a handmade blanket box - the room features Marvel characters on window sill to play with to match the wallpaper and books and games on bedside table.
To finish there is a lovely pink designer sofa seat for 2 and hair dryer for your convenience :)

Bathroom is clean and fresh has a new shower & tray with NEW GLASS screen with a and new toilet and sink - all new with new chrome fittings towel / toilet roll holder all new.

Due to the no signal and no phone lines here in the country - a mobile broadband WiFi package has been installed to the barn 4G so you can connect to the internet during your stay :)
( I have / the current guests have gone through two devices to find the right one with the best speeds to watch TV do work and use the Internet happy ) the current set up is an EE 5G router,
WiFi password will be in the welcome booklet

I will provide washing tablets for the washing machine - washing up liquid - shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, as and when needed and as standard, clean fresh towels and bedding .

I will also provide a cotswold hamper ( when availble ) of orange juice / eggs for ( breakfast )? and bread :) ( sometimes butter depending on supplier ) - if you have a preference on bread, granary, white or brown, please let me know or if you want apple juice, et cetera I can change for yourself.

Think I have covered everything in terms of items recommended and more ; games consoles, food / drink supplies and other luxuries.

The current guests from Airbnb that are staying there for three months. Call it in brackets ( cute. )

The barn is ideal for peaceful getaways, in the country but close to Tewkesbury, Cheltenham Gloucester and the m5 - computer games to keep big kids and little kids happy and a warm and cosy barn with all you could need and more.
