And a double bedroom to let, ( available March)

In a large warm in winter cool in summer, clean house,
My dog lives with me,
I’m looking for working professionals only,

We have some parking available *
We have a bus stop 1 minuet from the house,
Park and ride close by in walking distance,
M5 Juc 12 is 2 minutes drive,
M&S just food and McDonald’s at the end of the rd,
Tesco extra is 2 miles away,
I work full time as does the other lodger, so a peaceful/respectful person is preferred,
It’s a quite lovely roomy house,
Rooms are for one person only,
no over night guests under any circumstances,
Large kitchen,
Large living room
Shared Shower room for just these two rooms.

Double £550 pcm
(Available March)
Rooms can be discounted for a Monday to Friday only let ( over a minimum of 3 months)
