Double room available in 2 bedroom ground floor flat in OCTOBER
Main bathroom is opposite, I have an ensuite so won’t use the main bathroom so it’s practically yours.
Open plan kitchen/diner and lounge with 55inch tv with wifi, ps5, Xbox , prime and netflix.
I’m very chill and sociable.
I want someone I can hang out & cook with sometimes too but also like my own space.
Currently work in healthcare and part time nursing student
Its furnished, with bed wardrobe chest of drawers, the picture above is how my old housemate had the room, will update pics when housemate moves out.

I have indoor cats who LOVE attention
Majority of plants are gone now due to cats being menaces. I don’t mind smoking but not inside.

Parking available, bus stop at the end of the street.
