Large double room in rural house - MON to FRI

A large double bedroom available in a quiet, rural 1800's house, 3 mins from junction 12 M5.

The room has been newly decorated and comes furnished with a double bed and seating area as well as either a wardrobe or drawer unit (still to be purchased by us). Plenty of space in the room as well as having a garden/fields view from the window. Ideal for someone who enjoys nature and a quiet life.

If you would like to put your own TV in the room that is possible, however we request that you listen to it through headphones so that it cannot be heard through the rest of the house, and you will need to buy a TV license as we do not have one! We are usually busy enjoying our evenings outside so you should have plenty of time to yourself. When we are in, we are sociable and interested in meeting new people, however we also respect that some people prefer their own company or have a busy life. We are a very relaxed and incredibly chilled house.

There is a communal bathroom and kitchen to be shared with 2 others. It would be expected that you clean up after yourself and keeps the areas tidy, for example washing up after using kitchen items (no dishwasher!) and wiping down the surfaces/hob when you finish etc. There is also a garden to enjoy too.

There is one calm and friendly dog in the property.
