Hello!

I have several double rooms available for short term let in a lovely modern townhouse.

The rooms have all modern matching furniture inc. memory foam mattress - including a double bed with memory foam mattress, matching bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobes.

Very flexible on move-in date and will consider offers, M-F only etc. Only thing I ask is no pets and no smoking indoors.

All bills included - on road parking available for free and not a struggle.

The house is about 8 years old, mid-terrace of 3 on a lovely friendly housing estate at Hunts Grove in Quedgeley, 10 minute walk from the Waterwells business park where you can get the park and ride to Gloucester city centre via the pretty Gloucester Quays. 5 mins from the M5 (but not so close you can see or hear it!) 10 minute drive from Gloucester, 20 minute drive from Cheltenham, 30 minute drive from Bristol.
Lots of open green space, nice views - no traffic noise!

Kitchen with full size integrated fridge freezer, double oven and hob, washer, separate mini-dryer and dishwasher for everyone to use. Living room with ample seating and a 42" wallmounted smart TV, dining table also with seating for 5. Unlimited internet, YouView, and Netflix!
French doors out onto the garden for sunny days and BBQs :)
All bathrooms have designer fittings, soft closing toilets and strong water power!
There is also a downstairs toilet. Fortnightly cleaning is £37 per month and will include your room.

Preference will go to housemates with a similar profile to current tenants, so friendly, considerate, professional young women :)
