Whole house most of the time & 2 bedrooms

Surrounded by countryside in a friendly village. Plenty of walks and bike rides from the door as well as the local pub. The Cotswold Way and village shops are very close.

Easy commute to Gloucester or Bristol - approximately 30 minutes drive to the centre of Bristol. Yate train station is a 15min drive. I’m open to mid week stays, couples and well behaved and tidy children - contact me to discuss rates. I would consider a pet provided it is clean and well trained. There is a cat flap.

I’m a friendly, active and sociable person however I am not home much at the moment so you’d have the whole house to yourself most of the time. The house has 3 floors so plenty of space. Full access to shared living room/dining room, large kitchen with washing machine and bathroom. You can have choice of two bedrooms - double room or a single room and you can have access to plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space in the dressing room. Spare bedrooms are currently unfurnished. Views from all bedrooms are of open countryside. Off street parking, access to garage and nice size garden that overlooks open countryside.

We can discuss how we wish to sort bills and I will adjust the rate accordingly.

Please note I have just put the house on the market; it’s highly likely that you can stay for at least 3 months; possibly longer if market conditions are slow. Notice given will be reasonable however you’ll need to be clean and tidy and accommodating with any potential viewings. Please also note there is currently no Wi-Fi or fridge/freezer but I am happy for you to bring your own plus any other furniture.

I’m fairly flexible so if you have certain requirements or requests I am willing to consider these.
