I am the owner of this lovely house.
I live away 5 days a week, and when at home have the smallest bedroom in the house .My 22 year old son lives here fulltime, he works hard locally as a professional tennis coach and works from home with his own business also. He is friendly, sociable and fitness crazy and pretty laid back .
A young person would suit this arrangement as you would mostly be sharing the house with him.
Male /female age18-30 would probably be the ideal housemate.
The house is spacious and has a great outdoor decked area and garden. Your room is a good size double with fitted wardrobes , it is currently furnished for the current houseshare who is male but I am happy to dress the room back to as it is in these photos if preferred.
