Double room with shared bathroom in 4 bed house - bills included.

Room: The bedroom comes furnished with double bed, clothes rail and chest of draws. Fair warning it is a small room so if you had any furniture it will not fit. Your room is towards the front of the property but it's a quiet road and gets plenty of sunshine throughout the morning.

House: We have a large living room, kitchen, massive garden and games room. Residential road parking available, no permit required.

Area: Along with a couple of pubs, there is a co-op and a number of great takeaways at the bottom of the road. We are within 5min walking distance to an Aldi and Tesco is a short drive away. There is a large playing field at the top of the road, great for running or fitness. Various bus stops a few mins away with great links directly to both Gloucester and Cheltenham centres.

Us: We are Nick and Elly, your live in landlords. Hello! We both work a traditional 9-5, Mon - Fri (not from home). We like to socialise with friends, we are always up for a dinner party, games night or a drink in one of the pubs a short walk from the house. Nick's son Riley (16) is with us during the week and some weekends. Like most teens he is typically gaming so keeps himself to his room mostly.

We also rent out another room in our home, A double with ensuite, this room will be available from early March.

Please be aware we have 2 cats who are friendly and playful but little monkeys sometimes. If you do not like animals this is not the place for you, they are very much loved members of our family. We cannot welcome anymore cats or any dogs into our home.
