Double room in a new build home. Immaculate and comfortable. Not en suite, but the bathroom, with shower and bath, is directly next to the room.
I am VERY house proud, so I'm looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of my lovely new home.
Someone with a good sense of humour and a cheerful disposition please😊.
Council tax and broadband cost is included, water and electricity bills will be shared between house sharer and house owner.
No pets I'm afraid, although I do have a little dog myself, who is very friendly!
Huntley is close to Gloucester, Cheltenham, Ross On Wye and motorway networks. It has a good pub, 2 fuel stations with good shops and a fabulous butcher.
We are surrounded by beautiful countryside, offering wonderful walks, it's a fabulous place to live ✨️
