Beautiful secluded garden annexe

This is my Nan’s little garden annexe in Gloucestershire. It’s right on the Cotswold Way (literally it runs along the garden fence) and I’m trying to find her a tenant who will love the location as much as I do. It’s at the foot of Selsley common and just the most perfect little hideaway tucked into the Cotswold countryside.

It has central heating, double glazing, WiFi and can be fully or part furnished.

The local walks are just perfect and it’s a ten minute drive to the M5. The river Severn and Wye are a short drive away, it’s an amazing base for paragliding and the famous cheese rolling competition is just down the road.

If you’re looking for a quiet studio to rent it’s perfect.

It comes with garden access, a parking space and a well behaved dog would be welcome too.
