Re-advertising as current tenant moved to the double room. Single room in 3 bed house available for a working person. One of the rooms is occupied by a professional male, trustworthy and quiet.
My brother lives next door in the annex and has use of the kitchen in the main house. He is also available should he be needed. There is a dining room and kitchen for use whilst preparing meals and eating.
1 shared bathroom.
There is parking outside the house.
Deposit required of £400 and £400 per month (in advance)
