Single room available for rent

Single room in 3 bed house available for a working person. One of the rooms is occupied part time by a lovely man, totally trustworthy and fun chap. He’s only there as and when he has work. Usually for about 1 to 2 weeks per month.
My brother lives next door in the annex and has use of the kitchen in the main house. He is also available should he be needed. There is a dining room and kitchen for use whilst preparing meals and eating.
1 shared bathroom.
There is parking outside the house.
Deposit required of £400 and £400 per month (in advance)
