Single room in 3 bed house available for a working person. One of the rooms is occupied part time by a lovely man, totally trustworthy and fun chap. He’s only there as and when he has work. Usually for about 1 to 2 weeks per month.
My brother lives next door in the annex and is available should he be needed. There is a dining room and kitchen for use.
1 shared bathroom.
There is parking outside the house.
Deposit required of £400 and £400 per month (in advance).
