Double Room For Rent

Hi, myself and my Wife and our 3 month Old have a beautiful 3 bed semi-detached property located in the quiet picturesque village of King Stanley. The property boasts a huge garden and plenty of road parking in a quiet cul-de-sac or a public car park at the end of the road.

We are looking to rent our generously sized double room for around £450 PCM. The room comes furnished with a King size bed, built in wardrobe, chest of draws and Sky Q TV. You will also have access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room and garden.

We do own a Dog, Cat and a Rabbit who are all very well behaved so the perfect candidate would need to consider this. I do smoke myself but not in the property so smokers are considered.

We are ideally looking for a working professional who is looking for accommodation. You will need to be a person whose cleanliness is on point.
